Eric McKisick

Eric is the District Manager of the Social Security Administration in Sherwood, known for his steady leadership, deep knowledge of the system, and genuine commitment to helping people through some of life’s most important transitions. He brings a thoughtful, service-minded approach to Rotary, offering clear guidance, calm insight, and a strong dedication to improving the lives of those in our community.

Regina Lilly

President-Elect Regina Lilly is passionate about creating opportunities that strengthen individuals, families, and communities. As the founder of A'UNIQUE LEVERAGE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS and visionary behind Generation N.O.W., its nonprofit arm, she works to empower young leaders, promote financial readiness, and expand economic mobility. Her mission is to build education-to-economy ecosystems that develop Functional Financial Thinkers and open pathways to generational wealth.

Mark Brasfield

Mark has been a Rotarian since 2007. He has served in a variety of capacities at the club level, including secretary/treasurer, youth exchange leader, and Foundation chair. Mark currently serves as district administrator for District 6150 and previously served as assistant governor. Mark has been in the newspaper business for 27 years. Before moving to North Little Rock, he was general manager of the Blytheville Courier and oversaw two weeklies as well - The Osceola Times and Pemiscot (Mo) Press. Currently, he is the business manager of the Diocese of Little Rock’s communications department and newspaper, Arkansas Catholic. Mark is also involved in the Knights of Columbus, serving as his council's deputy grand knight and as the state council's life director.

John Carter

John is a Sustaining Member and a Paul Harris Society Charter Member. Over the years, he has served his club in many capacities, including as president in 2006-2007. During his tenure, his club was awarded Club of the Year, as well as the Governor's Banner and Presidential Citation. John has also served at the district level, holding various positions such as District Governor, District 6150 Centennial Project Treasurer, and Chair of the District Foundation Annual Giving Committee. He has also been a member of the District Leadership Academy, Youth Exchange, and Grant committees. From its inception in 2013 until 2022, John was the District's Paul Harris Society Coordinator, and he served as the District's Foundation Chair from 2019 to 2022. In recognition of his contributions, he was named District 6150's Rotarian of the Year for 2015-16 and Sherwood's Rotarian of the Year for 2017-18.

Dr. Jeff A. "Jay" Powell

Jay is a family and cosmetic dentist and the owner of Sherwood Smile. A dedicated Rotarian for more than 25 years, he leads the Healthy Smiles Project and chaired the club's biggest fundraiser, Shadows of Sherwood. He is a past president and has served on the board of directors for many years. He is a Star Wars fanatic and a member of the 501st Legion. He's also a national game show champion (Wheel of Fortune).

Samantha Norvell

Sam is a seasoned communications professional with experience in digital marketing and project management. As an active Rotarian, Sam is passionate about advancing literacy initiatives and serving underserved communities, bringing both heart and skill to every project she supports.

Greg Hart

Greg is a native of Iowa who has called many places across the United States home. A proud U.S. Marine veteran, he enjoyed a successful career in health care administration before retiring. Greg has been a dedicated member of the Sherwood Rotary Club for many years, generously contributing his leadership, experience, and commitment to serving the community.

Dr. James O. Wear

James is a distinguished clinical engineering and healthcare safety professional with a long career in education, research, and hospital systems training. He served more than four decades with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences,. Widely published and honored with numerous professional awards, James brings deep expertise, global perspective, and a lifelong commitment to service to his work in Rotary.
